The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a thin, hard plastic seat and a design which is dated. It's also costly compared to other strollers that are lighter and is therefore not the best choice when you're looking for a low-cost alternative.

It's not the lightest stroller but it's got enough features to be worth a look. The swiveling wheels make it easy to move it around flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. However, it's narrower and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with luxe details that make it perfect for travel. It has a super simple fold, is very movable and can be tucked away in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's a little more expensive but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with a lot of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs, but it has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and much more. It can also be used with a child's car seat and has an easy-to-engage brake that can be used flip-flop. This stroller is designed to expand along with your child. It can be converted from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by attaching car seat adapters (sold separate) and is suitable for children 6 months and older.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have locking options which means it won't be the best choice for rocky or sloping terrain. It's still a good option for families of all sizes, since it is easy to maneuver on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
