If you're looking to save money and don't need a stroller that can double into a car seat carrier, the Babyzen Yoyo is a good choice. It has a simple one-step foot brake that's flip flop friendly.

It's also easy to push and feels sturdy in navigating kerbs or woodland pathways. It's also a breeze to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a name as the ultimate light-weight buggy for jet-setters and city dwellers alike, thanks to its extremely nimble handling and fold that fits in aeroplane overhead luggage. The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, but it doesn't bend like other wagons that we tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and it's not able to lock tight after folding. It is easy to maneuver, though, and it can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents who want an affordable second stroller for their travels. It scored well in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to move and store into a car trunk. It also offers the option of reclining in multiple positions and an adult cup holder. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels and two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our test of the push and turn, it did better than most of the other strollers that we tested, but it's still not the most comfortable to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top, and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger canopies.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together with an average manual, and none of the components required tools. It's lacking some features that we consider essential for double strollers. These include an extra-large basket, reclining seats and adjustable leg rests.

The Zelia is the most recent model in Maxi-Cosi's range of pushchairs and is described as an urban travel system. It can also be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats, and comes with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-in-car base and a reversible carriage.

The seat can be reclined with one hand and the large shopping basket makes it simple for parents to help their child in and out. Despite this being quite a small pushchair, it was able to handle the bumps of everyday life well and went through doorways without any fuss.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward-facing position and can also rotate. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to swivel while walking along the stony path. It handled the situation well, although it seemed to be a bit bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is best known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain strollers that jog. However, they also manufacture a vast range of 4-wheeler Pushchairs And Prams. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is simple to fold and can fit into the trunk of a car even with a carrycot attached.

It is heavier than the other strollers we tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels, it feels sturdy and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver over various terrains and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other items.

The seat and carrycot both come with hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it comes with a large, deep basket to hold a change bag or plenty of food. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to use a stroller on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was an infant stroller that captivated the hearts of a large number of parents when it first appeared. It's an aluminium framed stroller that will be with you throughout your baby's initial days and beyond. It has many standout features, such as the capacity of the seat to be flipped between the front facing parent and the outside and a huge UPF50+ canopy with an eye shade that flips out, and an adjustable handlebar.

The seat can be reclined into many different positions. It also comes with a double breathable mattress that's suitable for babies.

The canopy/seat comes with two large sun visors that can be either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal since it's not as silent as Velcro and could cause sleepy babies to wake up.
